Im just exchausted, another really busy busy busy week, with functions, 3 weddings, one was the biggest ever in Port Douglas, with just stunning tropical blooms to create the vibe in Rex Smeal Park, The photos are just some of the blooms as had not finished so the end result will be stunning. One wedding was a mix of dried and fresh with touches of the cotton which was really different but as usuall she loved her choice. One was just the natives and roses in pinks, so all round all happy brides and families. Looked after all shop orders and requests as wel as all the other work that comes with this profession. Happy bright flowers for a function and managed to make it to my 3 year old grand babies Birthday party which I made a strawberry and choclate cake which was the biggest red strawberries I got at Rusty's Markets Sunday morning and dipped in white chocolate and cover in sprinkles, and everybody loved that cake, all gone in a matter of seconds. Best easiest cake I've ever made. 4 weddings to go this week then I finally get Sunday off I hope. Another BIG pat on the back for ME

Love it when I get asked to create something a little different like this money display. Wish it was being delivered to me as has $1000 though out the blooms. Each note wired separately to make like a petal. Was fun to make.

Wow what a week. I would like to congratulate myself and give myself a big pat on the back for creating all for 8 weddings in a week. 8 brides bouquets, 14 bridesmaids bouquets, 26 mens buttonholes. 9 ladies corsages, 14 cocktail bar displays, 40 guests table displays, 5 bridal table displays, 4 large chapel displays, 6 cake flower toppers, as well has run the shop do everyday normal floral orders, look after customers, book work and wages and clean the shop . On top of that my 15 year old decides she didn’t want to come to work on Friday so no more job for her. A big thank you to my amazing 87 year old dad who came to work today and helped me with loads of extra cleaning and moped the shop floor. Good on you dad. O yes did my washing and ready to go to work tomorrow. I’m really tired. 😴 looking forward to Wednesday as I’m having a day off which is long overdue. Thanks Jenni for continuing hard work
