We have limited availability for personal training on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays … please call or message to find out more.
If PT and group classes aren’t your thing then we recommend a daily dose of walking 30 minutes; sit to stand squats every day - at least 10; and for the keen beans start to rack up your burpees. 1 today and build up by adding an extra 1 every day. By the end of the month you’ll be at 31/day … and from there, anything is possible!!

Exadon is an innovative fitness program with two main purposes: health promotion and preventive mental & physical healthcare (inclusive of Taiko and Dementia Prevention). Launched on Sado Island Japan in 2014, the initiative is centred around enjoying taiko (traditional Japanese drums), performing arts, and physical activity.
The name Exadon combines three words: “exercise,” “Sado,” an island in the Sea of Japan, and the sound of beating a taiko drum, “don.”
