We are UBX [You-Box]: world-class boxing workouts, ready when you are. UBX delivers a unique mix of boxing and strength training across a 12 round circuit.
Six of the rounds include boxing exercises, whether that’s bagwork or one-on-one padwork with a coach. ⚡The nutrition focus is SYSTEM REBOOT: maxmise protein and fibre this week, whilst minimising processed and refined foods.
⚡ Your mindset objective is to FOCUS: consider incorporating meditation into your week to help you stay present to get the most out of every moment of the challenge

Each benchmark exercise will be part of your daily program, so make sure you prepare yourself ahead of each workout and track your results via the app.
Even if you're not participating in the challenge, we encourage everyone to give it a go

What is the Training Cycle?
It's the formula behind our programming, offering our members periodisation in their training to ensure they receive ongoing progression and optimal results.
Each Training Cycle is 7 weeks long, consisting of Base Phase (2 weeks), Strength Phase (2 weeks), Power Phase (2 weeks) and Peak Phase (1 week).
You can start at any point throughout this training cycle because our workouts are adaptable to suit any fitness level, and cater to where you're at.

Our gym has 12 x 3 minutes rounds, including 4 x boxing bags, a speed ball and a floor-to-ceiling, to provide you with a high intensity, full body boxing + strength workout in under 45 minutes.
