Today a lovely French lady introduced herself and explained her son is in Sydney. Not in team kit, must have been my terrible French while ordering.

Super proud (and not just a little bit chuffed) to be off to my 4th Olympics treating these fantastic humans.

Made it down for the last day of Olympic Trials. Got a handy little upgrade on the qualifications. Bring on Paris 2024.

Applications for the Caloundra Sportscare Athlete Sponsorship Program 2024 now open!

We want to help the local community improve their potential through movement, exercise and the foundations of athleticism. Our Athlete Sponsorship Program aims to support local
athletes, of any age, pursue their sporting goals.

You don’t have to be an elite athlete to qualify for this program and you can be involved in either a team or individual sport. We are looking for locals with a commitment to their chosen sport or activity and want to compete at their best.

If successful, you get access to a team of highly skilled physiotherapists who are passionate about our local community and helping you succeed in competition. The Sponsorship includes 12 physio visits in 2024 as well as a free Performance and Injury Risk assessment (based on your sport) so we can identify areas for intervention and improvement.

What we ask in return is:

A willingness and motivation to participate in physiotherapy sessions.

Keep us updated on your upcoming events.

Be an ambassador for Caloundra Sportscare and recommend us so we can help others perform at their best.

Been meaning to try this place forever! My belly is now very happy!

Well, what a whirlwind the past 3 months have been! Swimming Trials in Melbourne, World Championships in Fukuoka (via 2 weeks in Saga) and an amazing surfing holiday on a boat cruising the Maldives. But I'm finally back on home soil and the clinic is ready for business..... well it will be on Monday. Still have a few spots here and there so hit me up if you're looking for treatment.

This gym has been amazing for me. Was feeling weak and broken after getting COVID and working the World Champs straight off the back earlier in the year. Which was a worry considering I'm headed into working a 4th Olympics in 2023.
Five months of committed training and the body's now stronger and more functional than it's been in years and better yet, a fully booked day isn't near as exhausting once done.

I've been loving training here since it opened. Hadn't done any proper 'indoor' training since pre COVID. Can honestly say I'm already noticing a massive difference in my strength and stability after only 7 weeks. Great variety of classes and the instructors are excellent!
