Super excited to announce that our Cocoa bliss - 40% cocoa - Specialty drinking chocolate took a new look this week.

The project has taken around 4 years from idea, to trials then finally going the full wrap.

Cocoa bliss - 40% - Specialty drinking chocolate uses a high dutch process cocoa that gives the flavour a distinctive caramel, deep toffee flavour. The cocoa powder has contains cocoa butter, making it smooth, rich & decadent without using any fillers, bulking agents, corn flour or junk to make it taste nice.

The cocoa comes from West Africa from selected farms that pays the farmers and workers a fair price so they can have a great lively hood, I wasnt aware when I started out on my drinking chocoolate journey that exploitation of workers was a massive problem so partnering with a supplier that held the same ethics as me was very key.

The product is Lactose Free, Vegan Friendly, Gluten Free & Fair Trade.

Big shout out to my beautiful wife Anna who was my guinea pig through out the whole process, I would always pester her for her opinion, her encouragement has been amazing through the whole process :-)
