These are some of the lymph nodes in your body. They work them selves around the side of the breast and into the armpit. When a lymph node healthy you are unable to feel it. When it is swollen it will feel like a rubbery ball. If you can feel an enlarged lymph node you should speak to your GP about getting breast cancer screen.

It is especially important during lockdown to be doing monthly breast exams because women are less likely to be getting regular check ups with their GP.

1. Please book an appointment with a womanās health physiotherapistā¦ we can help you!
2. Liners are a wonderful INTERIM solution that allow you to continue to do the things that are important to you while you are regaining control of you body. Iām saying that, please make sure you are using continence liners and not period liners. You can find them beside the period products in any larger grocery store. These liners wick water differently so if you are using period liners you are putting yourself at a higher risk of things like UTIs.
