My client was prescribed 30 ml 2x a day....he was only able to get about 20 ml down, due to it's sickening sweet taste. π₯Ή

If you are going to do one knee exercise for your knee pain, do this one.π
When sitting, place the crease at the back of your knee right up against the edge of your chair. Straighten your leg, then lower your leg about 30 degrees. Do this 10 times, rest for a few seconds, then another 10 times.
You can do it with a bag of rice sitting on your ankle for extra weight.
Do it twice a day, everyday for the rest of your life - you will thank me!π
