If you have Non alcoholic Fatty Liver disease from a Fatty Liver and being diabetic, this is your drink of choice. 🀷

My client was prescribed 30 ml 2x a day....he was only able to get about 20 ml down, due to it's sickening sweet taste. πŸ₯Ή

No worries, though...5hours later, the "bottom fell out". It's now 20 hours after the one dose, and he just had my 8th trip to the bathroom. At this point, it's just mainly clear liquid, but he can attest to it cleaning a person out.

He had to take it due to a build up of toxins in his brain. He has to drink this every day and has re named it "Colon Blow" πŸ˜‚

If you are going to do one knee exercise for your knee pain, do this one.πŸ˜†

When sitting, place the crease at the back of your knee right up against the edge of your chair. Straighten your leg, then lower your leg about 30 degrees. Do this 10 times, rest for a few seconds, then another 10 times.

You can do it with a bag of rice sitting on your ankle for extra weight.

Do it twice a day, everyday for the rest of your life - you will thank me!πŸ˜‰
