The one I’m selling is brand new, still in the box. I’ve been given permission from the person who gave it to me to sell it so I can buy one I don’t have. PM me if your interested 😊
Good Morning lovely! I’ve decided to revive Tag Someone Tuesday. Today I’m tagging and yes she is my sister but she’s also very talented, and knowledgeable in what she does. She’s a personal trainer but I think she incorporates elements of a life coach in there too. She’s the person to go to if your body feels a bit broken and you need it fixed. This she does through advanced drying needling techniques and cupping. As well as massage, expect a little no pain no gain, but you’ll feel amazing after!
Tag someone below you’d like to shine a spotlight on today 🙌🏼
I’m so grateful for the people who have checked in on me recently to make sure I’m looking after myself. I’m a mum, an early childhood educator, a massage therapist, and a reiki practitioner. I’ve been through my own journey of mental health and found a path that is much healthier. But that’s not to say I don’t have my moments. It just means I’m more aware of my mental health and I know what I need to do weekly or monthly to keep myself on track. Last week I posted about grounding by walking on stones while waiting for a client. This week I touched the trees (am I a tree hugger? 🤷🏻♀️). There’s something very calming about being present in nature and taking a moment to share the energy.
What do you to do to take care of yourself?
Happy Mother’s Day to all women today! You are strong, you are beautiful, and you are loved! 💐 ❤️
Hello!
My name is Elise and I am an early childhood educator. I’ve been involved in educating and caring to children for 20 years! I’m also a mother and not long after having my son I found myself struggling. I decided I needed to heal and began my search for different ways that might help me. And that’s when I first experienced reiki. I then decided to become a practitioner and 6 years later I still believe in its ability to heal. I’ve experienced healing in many areas physically, emotionally and spiritually. In the last 12 months I’ve had the pleasure to support others through reiki. It’s always very personal to each person and always perfect for them at that moment.
Last year I trained in massage and this year I competed a sound healing qualification. These two modalities have been a game changer for me. Personally as I’ve experienced the heightened benefits of combining these three and as I’ve seen my clients also benefit.
I offer reiki and massage adults as well as children. I also offer 1:1 sound healing which incorporates Tibetan and crystal bowls and tuning forks. I believe everyone can benefit from these modalities no matter your age.
If you’d like to make a booking for yourself, your child or someone else send me a DM, text or call.
Elise 😇 🙏🏻 🤲
I’ve been much more quiet with posting on this page than I was when I first started. I think this happens sometimes for everyone, for many different reasons. Sometimes to rest, sometimes to recalibrate, sometimes because other things come forward and take the focus for a while. For me it’s been a combination of things and this has seen bookings become low and business is quiet. That at times has caused me to doubt myself, why I’m doing this and am I good enough. We all have that voice and we can all silence it, I’m personally quite good at procrastinating about it instead of facing it and taking action. Enough now though, it’s time to do just that. I am still here, I am still offering the unique and powerful healing that is reiki, I am still offering relaxing massages and I am still offering sound healing 1:1 sessions.
I don’t yet have a whole 7 bowl set of crystal sound healing bowls that I dream about. They are quite the investment and like everyone I’m feeling the pinch. I do believe I will get them sometime, in my visions I see myself offering group sessions for free or by donation and online. I’d like to fundraise to get the bowls so I can make this a reality sooner as I believe strongly in the healing power of the bowls, and I believe we can all benefit greatly right now. Id love to be able to offer weekly sessions for people who are dealing with what’s hard, struggling, feeling like they are just surviving. I have links in the community to groups who support people who are escaping DV and facing other hardships. I’ve written and deleted this many times as my ego and pride gets in the way. But I guess I’m just putting this out there anyway today. I believe in the universe and I believe that if and when I’m supposed to acquire these beautiful tools, I will. In the meantime I can continue to offer 1:1 sound healing using my beautiful Tibetan bowl, single crystal bowl, and healing forks. It’s a beautiful way to release and compliments reiki and a massage for a very relaxing time to yourself.
If you’d like more information on offerings, or to book please send me a pm, sms or call 🙏🏻😊
Happy Easter from my family to you and yours. I hope you’ve all had a wonderful, relaxing and rejuvenating long weekend.

P.S if you need a mid school holiday pick me up I have spots available for Reiki and Massage on Saturday. Send me a DM to book 📖 📱
I recently learnt that flamingos can loose their bright colours when they are raising their young. They eventually get the pink back as their young become more independent. This resonated so much with me as feeling like we’re loosing our colour is something we all go through in our own way. Whether it’s with children, our careers, mental or physical health and so many other things these days. I know we’re all struggling right now and I believe we can all get our colour back one step at a time.
I’m still getting my pink back even though some days it feels more like it’s fluctuating. But I’m grateful for my journey starting many years ago with reiki. I’m grateful for every step I take moving forward, staying afloat, trusting when I can push harder and when I need to rest.
This is a shout out to everyone, keep pushing, keep resting when you need to, keep connecting with others and know your colours will come back 🙏🏻 🦩 💗
Grateful to live where the sun sets like this 🥰
My happy place! Seeing you all for reiki, sound healing and massage is something I consider a privilege and something that fills me with so much joy. Lately though I’ve been very quiet on here, life has been very hectic filled with the usual grind, a house move and multiple illnesses. But Ive had some time to rest, and recoup. Now it’s time to continue moving forward and welcome anyone who feels called to come and see me. And guess what! I’m offering bookings for Easter 🐣 DM for more details and to book.
For anyone new to reiki or wanting to find out if it’s right for them I thought I’d share my offerings located in Canberra.
During a reiki session I act as an energetic facilitator for universal energy to flow where it needs to go within you. In doing so, balance is bought to your energy levels and chakras. I provide a relaxed and safe space to feel, release and heal so you have the opportunity to really connect with your mind, body, spirit and subconscious.
Through the energy connection I am guided to move my hands to where healing is needed. At the end of the session there’s always time to discuss what comes up. This may include guidance toward particular chakras that may have been a focus, inner child connections, the release of stored emotional or physical pain/trauma and realignment of your energy flow.
Reiki is a powerful and wonderful complimentary modality to incorporate into your self healing.
Sessions are held at Gold Creek at .

It’s Wilson’s Wellness Wednesday and continuing with our exploration of the 7 main chakras, today well briefly explore the heart chakra.
The heart chakra or Anahata is the fourth chakra and is located in the heart area. The heart chakra is associated with the colour green and sometimes pink and symbolises the air element. It represents passion, tenderness, connection and compassion. It also represents arrogance, attitudes of defiance and inner-child issues.
When this chakra is off balance it can be associated with heart issues and the endocrine gland. Emotionally we may find ourselves thwarted in love and find it difficult to make meaningful relationships with others.
There are many ways we can balance the heart chakra including physical movement, specific yoga poses, sound healing, wearing the colour red, eating particular foods, using essential oils, crystals, positive affirmations, journaling and meditations.
Yoga: Cobra pose, head to knee forward bend.
Sound: music specifically for balancing the sacra chakra.
Green foods: Avocados, leafy green vegetables, apples.
Essential oils: Rose, neroli
Crystals: rose quartz, peridot, pink topaz.
Affirmations: phrases around love for yourself and others. For example ‘I find love everywhere I go’, ‘I am happy and grateful for having loving people in my life’, ‘I am worthy of love’.
Forgot Valentines Day and looking for a last minute gift? Appointments are still available this weekend. Gift vouchers are also available and can be emailed! DM to purchase or book 💕

Today is (was) Wilson’s Wellness Wednesday and I’m going to share with you about my favourite chakra, the Solar Plexus!
The solar plexus chakra or Manipura is the third chakra and is located in the stomach area. The solar plexus chakra is associated with the colour yellow, the sun and with the fire element. It represents determination, confidence and self esteem. It is associated with all thoughts and feeling about yourself. This is also where ego, anger and aggression is stored.
When this chakra is off balance it can be associated with abdominal pain and digestive issues, inability to follow through with plans and low self esteem. You may lack motivation and carry around a victim mentality.
There are many ways we can balance the solar plexus chakra including physical movement, specific yoga poses, sound healing, wearing the colour red, eating particular foods, using essential oils, crystals, positive affirmations, journaling and meditations.
Exercise: get out in the sunshine!
Yoga: Warrior I & II, Sun salutation, boat pose.
Sound: music specifically for balancing the sacra chakra.
Yellow foods: bananas, corn, lemons, lentils.
Essential oils: Cedar wood, bergamot, rosemary and chamomile.
Crystals: Carnelian, citrine, sunstone.
Affirmations: ‘I feel calm, confident, and powerful’, ‘I feel motivated to pursue my purpose’.
1:1 Sound healing now available 🙌🏼
Take a few deep breaths, set your intention and relax. Let the sounds of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, harmony balls and tuning forks take you away into a deep, aligning and self healing state.
It’s Thoughtful Thursday and today I’m sharing this thought. What we say, what we think, what we eat all affects how we look and feel on the outside.
It’s Wilson’s Wellness Wednesday and today we are going to look at the sacral chakra.
What is the sacral chakra?
The sacral chakra or Svadhisthana is the second chakra and is located below the navel, in the pelvic area. The sacral chakra is associated with the colour orange and corresponds with the water element. Laura Konst says ‘The symbol of the sacral chakra is a moon crescent, which represents the relationship between the tides of water and the phases of the moon’. Some believe this chakra is governed by Parvati, the Hindu goddess of fidelity, fertility, and power. Therefore it’s understandable that this chakra is associated with pleasure, sexuality and joy. It is also associated with your emotions, creativity and one to one relationships.
When this chakra is off balance it can be associated with pain and stiffness in your lower back and hips. You may experience sexual and reproductive issues. You can feel easily overwhelmed with emotions and possibly closed off. Feelings of shame and fear may be carried here after a traumatic experience.
There are many ways we can balance the sacral chakra including physical movement, specific yoga poses, sound healing, wearing the colour red, eating particular foods, using essential oils, crystals, positive affirmations, journaling and meditations.
Exercise: go swimming, water aerobics or connect with water in some way.
Yoga: Warrior II, Goddess pose, low lunge.
Sound: music specifically for balancing the sacra chakra.
Orange foods: orange, carrot and sweet potato.
Essential oils: Ylang Ylang, rose, sweet orange.
Crystals: Carnelian, citrine, sunstone.
Affirmations: ‘I feel’ phrases such as ‘I feel at peace’, ‘I feel comfortable in my body’.
Gift vouchers make a beautiful gift for yourself and others and they’re valid for 3 years! With 30% off until midnight tonight, how’s a great time to catch a great deal. They can be used for all treatments on offer. DM to purchase.
