2023 has been a busy year and I’ve been fortunate enough to have had a few short breaks away visiting family and friends, PLUS my annual week-long juice fast – I am still buzzing from the effects of that week away! I trust that you’ve been able to schedule some "timeout" throughout the year.

Yesterday we did a thing...a thing we both knew that we had to do together.

After 45 minutes of deep, releasing breath work, Nils and I took the plunge into the ice, not a cold water plunge, an ICE BATH!! What a buzz, it was hard and easy all at the same time. We absolutely would do it again!! We stayed in for just over 2 1/2 minutes.

I'm blessed that we could experience that together. 🙏 Thank you ❣️❤️❣️
