2023 Recap-
2023 was a huge year for us, from mixing in locally with other gyms, reffing and judging learning from the best, to traveling the world fighting and coaching.

Fighting across all codes, Muay Thai, kickboxing, and boxing we have kept busy this year with Ben and Zoe fighting and Lee coaching

You'll be able to see .warboy.wilson last fight before he heads over to the .kickboxing World Championships in Portugal, opponent yet to be confirmed, and vs the Mad Dog Tilly Bell with more fights to be announced.

Jumped on to another awesome card to keep busy against top level opponents. Zoe came away with a close split points loss against a very experienced Jess Messina, who has to be one of the nicest ladies Zoe has fought.

On 1st May 2023, Zoe and Lee will be flying over to Bangkok, Thailand for Zoe to compete in the IFMA World Championships! This will be Zoe's 6th time representing Australia, with her winning gold each time, with one exception (silver 😉) As these events are all self funded, we are looking to raise some money to help assist Zoe and Coach Lee in getting them to the competition. Within 6 months two WBC Australian Titles in two weight classes.
Both fights exciting with Zoe's opponents being cut.

Working hard to get the world title shot, #1 in WBC world ranking it's just a matter of time.

Have had some awesome people helping us out in the corner as well, much appreciated 👍

Only 7 days after winning the WBC AUS title muay thai zoe backed it up driving upto Gunnedah nsw (awesome town and close to tamworth 👍) and challenged for the ANBF AUS title up a weight class.
Zoe coming away with a "draw" after fighting a wicked 8 rounds good hard pace landing heavy shots from all angles.
There is a list of things we aren't happy with that happened todo with this fight but like we got told "that's just the way it is".

We very much look forward to the rematch with Enja. We know she will bring it respect to her.

A great course to do if you're interested in judging or even just knowing what the judges are looking for.

After winning the Australian Siam title, .warboy.wilson.muaythai will be backing it up stepping in on Annihilation in Sydney at St Mary Band Club on the 10th of Feb in the 60kg K1 Wako 4 man eliminator.
The old saying is "Fighters fight" and Ben proves that by going up in weight and taking the fight on short notice.

With Zoe already winning the welterweight WBC AUS title this year against one of Australia's best female fighters, Steph Glew, and having the WBC rule of not being able to hold titles in multiple weight classes at once (crap rule 🤣) just makes this fight even more exciting.

63.5kg is where it's at and on this all female card showcasing how the ladies are as good or better in alot of cases as the fellas.

We had a good time last week at the WAKO Oceania tournament.
Jared jumped over the ropes for his very first time after many years of training, he was up against a big kiwi and bloody hell did they swing everyone knows he's definitely not made of glass after that.
😂 Very excited to see where the road will take him!
Ben was matched against another tough kiwi fella and the vibe between the two was wicked to see, you could feel the intensity in the room when the guys were staring each other down in the ring. Ben's hard work this year has been noticed and acknowledged and he has now been offered a spot on the Australian team for the .kickboxing World Championships next year for K1. Very exciting to get a chance to fight K1 at a world event in Europe where the kickboxing level is so high. 👏👏👏
Zoe was warming up for her fight when her opponent pulled out, with less than one hour before they were meant to fight. Extremely disappointed to say the least but Zoe takes the qualification for the WCG and honestly the opponent dodged a bullet with that one haha.

Well done to Fransic for organising the event and to all the volunteers who made it happen, hope to keep seeing more events like this happen.
