I slept out last night with other members of the . It was a great experience and I now have a much greater insight to how many people become homeless and how the work of great organisations like Vinnies help the homeless. It can happen to anyone and it’s a very sticky trap that they get into.
One thing we can do as business owners employing staff is to be more aware of the personal challenges they could be going through and try to reach out to them before they spiral.
