🍝 The OTIS raviolo. Hand rolled daily, filled with ricotta from jersey milk, roasted butternut pumpkin, spices, and amaretti sage sauce.
🥩 THe OTIS pepper steak. Canberra’s best steak. Prime fillet steak, Crusted with silkwood pepper, finished with brandy jus.
🍮 The OTIS creme caramel. Perfected over years. French vanilla, caramel, smoked seasalt and Japanese whiskey.
