We Won!
FITREP is the 2021 Canberra region local business award winner for "Outstanding Fitness Services".
This is a massive achievement as our wonderful studio has only been open for 18 months.
Our category had the most finalists so it is an honour to get recognised amongst a host of other fitness services as the best that Canberra has to offer. Judging was based on client submissions, a business questionnaire, website presence, social media content, google reviews and the physical premises including vibe, cleanliness, customer service etc.
A massive thank you to everyone who helped to make FITREP the winning business that it is today. In particular my wife and daughter who encouraged and pushed me to take the leap and open the studio during a really trying phase of our life. You guys are the greatest support crew anyone could wish for.
Also to my extended family and .bear for all of your help physically and emotionally to get FITREP up and running.
Massive shoutout to all FITREP members!!! Thank you all for trusting me with your health and fitness. Helping you all feel stronger, fitter and healthier remains FITREPs core purpose.

Today, this amazing lady steps on stage to display her amazing physique.

The prep for this show was 6 months, there were cancellations, changed venues, competition dates changed and even a pandemic, however through it all Clele has not lost focus and has done everything possible to sculpt her body into the amazing machine that she has worked 44 years for.

It doesn't matter where the judges place her today with regards to the other competitors because she could not have worked harder or done more to sculpt her beautiful frame into the work of art that it is.

I am a truly proud coach, husband and friend and I hope that you enjoy your time on stage showing off all of those beautiful muscles you have worked so hard to achieve.

FITREP member spotlight.

suffers from a rare form of CMT that severely affects the performance of his peripheral nerves which in turn leads to a wasting away of the muscle tissue as there is no stimulus to or from the muscle.

In this picture you can clearly see on Nathan's leg where the nerve stimulus is severely reduced and his muscle mass is minimal.

Our objective has been to build capacity where he can, so that he has more confidence in the stability and strength of his legs and from the size of that quad, it is working 👍💪👍.
