Part of a milestone three-stage residential project in Bruce, Canberra, our recently completed RISE residences are a reflection of TP Dynamic's commitment to sustainability.

While zoning allowed for up to 120 dwellings, we presented a more considered and sustainable 70 residences – each with a minimum 6-star energy rating and solar panels to reduce overall carbon footprint.

Foggy morning at Dickson Village.

With landscaping well underway at RISE, you can expect to see a transformation from construction site to well-appointed residences in no time.

With our proposed major development at the Yowani Golf Course, TP Dynamics aims to deliver a liveable and sustainable precinct that fosters community engagement.

Site cutting is in progress at IVES. Stay tuned for further upates.

RISE is ahead of schedule, with practical completion set for August 2022. This thriving new residential and commercial precinct is just around the corner for Bruce.

Passers-by will have noticed the beautiful artwork along the temporary fencing adjacent to the shopping precinct. Through Canberra-based independent arts organisation, TP Dynamics has procured local artists to provide hoarding murals at the Dickson Village site. Three artists have already worked their magic and there are more to come.
