Jayden's fitness journey spans a whopping 8 years, taking him from the charming streets of Bendigo to the coastal vibes of Geelong, and now he's rocking it in the heart of Melbourne. 🏙️
But let's not forget his humble beginnings – Jayden joined his first gym at the tender age of 12, not having a clue about what to do. Fast forward to today, and he's not just a fitness pro but our go-to guy for all things gym-related!
