Day 28 Activity: Challenge yourself to find three positive aspects in every new situation or idea before allowing any negative thoughts to surface. Write down all new ideas or opportunities, start with 3 positive aspects.

Day 27: How to Build Your Resilience Challenge yourself to step outside your comfort zone. Share any skincare or body wellness failures you've had and what you learned from them. Day 27 Activity: Each night, jot down any failures or setbacks you encountered throughout the day.

Day 26: Life Stage Goal Today, let's focus on setting goals that are not only aligned with our current life stage but are also realistically achievable. Day 26 Activity: Break down your goals into smaller, celebrate small victories, find 3 small wins and write it down.
