How bad are your fuel Filters?

This filter was changed less then 5000km ago but never had the bowl cleaned.
We recommend diesel fuel filters to be changed every 20 000km to ensure your fuel system is in A one condition.
Regular use of fuel system cleaners also helps with any moisture or fuel bugs that my be in your fuel tank.

Fuel fuel fuel. Contaminated fuel is the silent killer of modern vehicles. Poor fuel quality clogging filters is having adverse affects on your injectors, fuel pump and engine.
It’s pretty simple, regular fuel system servicing will keep everything happy. Regular filter changes and fuel system cleans will keep your vehicle alive. If you have a Smokey diesel, surging or sputtering car you may have a fuel system issue and Western Downs Mechanical can help.

If you own a diesel, you may not know but your vehicle is slowly getting chocked. A mix of exhaust gases and engine oil vapour mix and clog up your intake manifold, EGR valves and other various parts. These can cause ongoing issues.
Regular use of intake manifold cleaners or catch cans can save you hundreds in repairs and breakdowns.
We are able to supply and fit catch cans, remove and clean intake manifolds. If you have any questions of concerns just give us a call and we will help you keep your vehicle in tip top condition.

These bad boys come with High and low speed compression and rebound adjustability to get that ride exactly how you want it. With this kit a set of upper control arms, greaseable shackles, and 500kg constant load springs where fitted.
