AMCOR Excavations is a civil earthworks company, primarily contracted to construct lease pads and access roads within the gas sector and are looking to grow our team!

Ideally, this role is suited to someone with a passion for Health & Safety while also taking a realistic approach for the fundamentals of the work required.

This position will see you join our team as one of our Field Based HSE Advisors ensuring site safety is at its highest level.

The Role:

Work may be based in Dalby, Chinchilla, Wandoan areas
Even time 2 week on / 2 week off roster
13 Hour - Day Shift Only
Accommodation and meals provided

What we ask of you:

Current Open Drivers Licence
Construction Card (Willing to Obtain)
Cert IV in Health & Safety (Willing to Obtain)
Experience is preferred but not essential

ROAD TRAIN SIDE TIPPER / MACHINE OPERATOR

We are after someone who has the diverse skills to assist in the paddock in roller one day, then get on the road to cart rock the next.

Our areas of work are Dalby, Chinchilla, Miles, Wandoan, and Surat, with food and accommodation provided while on shift.

👉White/Blue Construction Card
👉Ability to work alone & self manage as well as be apart of a team

What we can offer:

This is a site-based role within our Chinchilla office with a 7 on/ 7 off roster, 12.5 hours per day.
Camp Accommodation and meals available for non-residents of Chinchilla.

Duties include:
• Data Entry
• Capturing and Reporting of Information
• Accommodation scheduling
• Mailing, Filing & Archiving
• Support Supervisors & Management

The successful applicant will need to possess the following:
• Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to self-manage and initiate work independently
• Positive “Can Do” Attitude
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and client representatives
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

We operate approximately 105 pieces of fleet ranging from Light Vehicles to Prime Movers and earthmoving equipment including dozers, graders etc.
We are looking for someone with previous mechanical experience across these areas to assist in preventative maintenance and corrective repairs across AMCOR's extensive fleet.

Ability to self-manage

Trade Certificate or equivalent experience
Willing to carry out pre-employment medical
