91.20% have been variable only, 6.05% have been fixed only and only 2.75% have been split loans.

Data from Proptrack has revealed the percentage of properties in each state that are deemed affordable.

A property is considered affordable when buyers earning the median household income would be spending no more than 25% of their pre-tax income on mortgage repayments and could afford to purchase at least 20% of homes in that location.
