Each colour in fruits and vegetables is created by specific phytonutrients,
and each colour indicates an abundance of particular nutrients.

Eating a variety of colourful fruits and vegetables is an easy way to ensure your body gets all the necessary nutrients to thrive.

Phytochemicals (found in plant food) have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that help protect the body and enhance our gut microbiome.

These same compounds are often the pigments that give plants their colour; think beta-carotene in sweet potatoes, lycopene in tomatoes, anthocyanin in berries, isothiocyanates in broccoli, and flavonols in onions.

So, although 'eat the rainbow' might sound cliché, it's a great way to ensure we ingest a broad range of phytochemicals and fibre in our diet.

We are excited about moving into our new space. The new address is Shop 8/78 Bray Street Coffs Harbour. It's down stairs in the Bray Street Shopping Centre, with plenty of parking available 🥰.

Our last day at Gordon Street is Tuesday 23rd May, we still have a few appointments available for this day.

Wondering what we are doing on annual leave?

Here is our 1st attempt at transparent soap making. Very happy with the results and have learnt a lot and some minor tweaking to be done.

Today's clinic focus oils are Orange and Rosewood.

Lighten your spirits with Orange and feel the sunshine of happiness and don't forget to laugh.
