Tiina, what a fantastic achievement!
Sydney Half Marathon ticked off!
Tiina came to me in January to run a half marathon, but she also wanted a strength program to support her running so she could stay strong and avoid any injuries.
From this, we built a Hybrid program which involved 3 runs and 3 strength sessions each week, taking Tiina from being able to run 5km to 21km in just 12 weeks!
She is a testament to following a program and trusting the process! What a girl!

Coffee and Cream Smoothie makes the perfect morning post workout pick me up ☺️
TOTAL TIME: 10 minutes
125g ice
125g brewed and cooled coffee
100g almond milk
15g vanilla whey protein
200g 0% strained greek yoghurt
20g double cream
80g banana flesh, frozen
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
CAL: 378 PROTEIN: 37 CARBS: 26 FIBRE: 1 FAT: 14
We all have those days, motivation is at an all time low and we muster everything we have to get it done!

What does 'happy' mean to you? I had never really considered it until recently when I actually realised that I am happy! 40 years and it's only in the last few months I feel truly content. Life is good right now, and that really is okay!
I am happy just sitting and listening to nature's sounds, swimming in the ocean and feeling how the sun hits. Creating purposeful work and filling my world with people that emotionally enrich me. So if you are still here, you're welcome!

It’s 30 degrees here in oz but this stew is worth a save for the colder months. High in protein, super easy and delicious. I added some cheesy dumplings for a particular cold camping trip and it went down a storm!
