Pampering sessions can be organised as well as professional private counselling sessions.

Splendour in The Shed! Join us for a day of FREE shedding activities, including leather work, basic car maintenance, basic carpentry, and get ready for no pants yoga! Stay tuned for the official program.
Please come along and show our Government that you support the Coffs Harbour Women's Shed. We must demonstrate the need for a women's only, safe space, where we can connect, build skills, and confidence, solve community problems and empower each other to be more independent. We understand the complexities of caring, and the need to self-care in an idyllic, restful and peaceful atmosphere with home cooked meals, days to relax, dream and rejuvenate your energy.
Pampering sessions can be organised.
Joyland Convalescent Care, a service for carers to convalesce after post operative surgery prior to returning to their caring role.
“Me, Myself & I” Workshops for carers are held annually with funding procurement.
A professional counselling service is available for carers and the general public.
