Over the past 12 months we have been working on developing a self contained 12v power system to offer a more complete build experience for you guys! Well, we are super excited to announce that the prototype testing phase has begun! 🎉🎉

This will be one configuration of a range of 12v power systems we are hoping to offer so that your specific power needs can be met, big or small!

Powered by components, this prototype is really the ultimate plug and play 12v system!

This system includes:

Introducing the new Series lll range 🎉

It's been nearly 12 months since we first prototyped this design and since then we have spent countless hours testing and perfecting it's features in anticipation to finally be able to fully release our new range to the world!

We took everything we learned from the Series ll, kept the best bits, and worked on improving everything else from the ground up! Take a look below at what we work on for the Series lll:

✔️ Redesigned lighter and stronger base frame
✔️ Redesigned internal bracing
✔️ Improved body lines - more angular design to suit the curves and angles of modern vehicles
✔️ New door internal bracing with laser cut, multi position door angles
✔️ Provisions for side indicators mounted behind laser cut logos in under tray doors
✔️ Fully redesigned rear ladder rack to suit the new curves of the Series lll!

We are constantly working on bettering our design and the release of the Series lll is a testament to our commitment to keep progressing every day.

This has to be our favourite colour combo to date 😍 we worked in with the full black out theme of the X rider dmax by powder coating everything down to the bolts in Elements Black! It's the finer details that really make this build stand out from the rest 👌

Our newest creation to hit the tracks! 👣
Kaz and Nath made the journey all the way from near Bendigo, Victoria to have their murdered out 1650 long Series ll fitted to their Dmax!

They did not leave disappointed! With the colour matched black doors and Elements black textured powder coat inside and out setting the tone for this build, we went to work creating the ultimate in offroad setups with:

There's just something about the proportions of the 1650 long Series ll and this colour combo that have us completely obsessed 😍

The Ram 1500 creates the ultimate platform to create your dream setup! 2050L x 2000W gives you a standard length full sized dual cab canopy (1800) plus tray space at the rear.

We we're in love the minute we laid eyes on Brad's GQ but the Series ll Hybrid Service Body has taken it to the next level 🥵 this i one truly unique build from top to bottom!

A unique layout that is designed for both work and play! Steve chose to add 2x 1/3 doors on BOTH sides of his build (this makes our OCD happier than you could ever believe 😆) to isolate a compartment for his tools and his fridge keeping perfect symmetry 🤌

And lord knows its going to get some thorough testing from Dan 😆 with this vehicle already reaching most ends of Australia we can't wait to see the adventures this unique body gets taken on!

A keen eye also may have spotted a few unique features that sets this build apart from our Series ll design 🧐

But what makes this build extra special is that it is owned by our very own . Matt joined our team mid 2020 and since then has played a pivotal role in the design and manufacture of our entire product range. Matts vast knowledge and passion for the Automotive and Manufacturing industries was key to the creation of the Series ll and has continued to play a crucial part in the progression of the series.

So when faced with his own build, of course, a new prototype was born! 👏
One of the first of our new hybrid (Service body/tray back) designs with completely redesigned canopy ends and internal bracing to bring the best of form and function into one neat little package 🥵
One of my personal favourite mods (and everyone else who has witnessed it) was the new laser cut logos in the under tray toolbox doors... which yes, double as side LED indicators 🤯 too friggin sweet!

Don't even get us started on the internal fittout! Bushman's 130L with the first of our new fridge surrounds, new design drawer/bench combo, full Enerdrive 12v setup and internal carpet and lighting by . The list goes on!

Extreamly proud of Matts determination and ex*****on on this new prototype build. Very lucky to have someone with his passion as part of our team 🤝
