Hi everyone! I’m excited to share June’s shade from ! This is Rocko’s Modern Life, a light taupe/ greige creme stamping polish and one coat creme. This polish is a great neutral shade instead of white to create a more subtle look; the color is based on Rocko, but it is slightly darker than Rocko. I love this one - it can literally go with any color, and I’ve found myself reaching for it a couple times since I received it! I’ve shown it stamped over black and white and painted normally on my pinky and index nails.

This polish will be available at polishpickup.com from June 7th to 10th for $8.50 with a cap of 200.

Second polish contribution to is "Mermaid at Heart". This is a pink jelly base with pink holo metallic glitters and iridescent flakes that shift from gold, green to blue. Opaque in 3 thin coats. Peel off base recommended! This one has been updated to have no cap, after I found the misplaced formula for it!

Hi everyone! I have swatches of the stamping polish from coming to May ! This is Cosmic Coral, a neon coral stamping polish inspired by a photo taken by the Hubble telescope of a small region of the nebula Westerhout 5 which appears red, orange and coral. Due to its thicker nature, it does not apply that well when used as regular polish, although I still was able to paint it just working a little faster than usual. This polish can lean somewhat red in different lighting at times. I love this vibrant shade! I’ve shown it here stamped over black and white, and painted in one coat normally on my pinky and index nails!

Hi everyone! Also coming to April from is a new plate designed for longer nails. This is Go Long 01, which has beautiful patterns perfect for long nails but which work just fine on short nails. To test out the long nails concept, I used some long press ons! For the second mani I tested with long press ons, I couldn’t resist one of my favorite patterns. Only a tiny bit fits on my natural nails, so I jumped at the chance to use so much of the beautiful image!

Cats are my Valentine.

A year ago today my "Catty" went across the rainbow bridge. On Valentines day of all days! I had known her 13 years but think she may have been around 16. She was the sweetest, sassiest little thing.

Here she is posing so I can take a "Puss in Boots" photo and sitting beside my arm on a hot summer's night when it was way too hot for laps!

Hello everyone! Today I have some swatches of a new(ish) plate from ! This is called Feeling Fruity, and is packed with all sorts of awesome fruit designs. I know it might not be the season for people to be thinking about fruity designs, but this plate was a little delayed coming to me, and then I had a little delay trying it. And honestly I love fruity manis all year long anyway since they always cheer me, so I hope you all enjoy it, too!

Geometric retro nails: pastel edition 🎀

I was so obsessed with how these turned out! I picked up a bunch of goodies from during their Boxing Day sale and this mani was an attempt to use as much as my new goodies as possible in one mani which meant using all the pastel stamping polishes I picked up as well as one of the new plates. To say I was obsessed with these nails when I had them on is an understatement! I do think my impulse to go over the top was a bit too much and I should have left out the shimmer topper on the base colour. What do you think?
