Its over five years since I poured my first soap. Even though my soap is like a baby to me I have to confess my first attempts did not produce attractive bars, Iβm really not afraid to admit it. Certainly not compared to all of the magnificent specimens on Pinterest that first stirred my interest and captivated me from day one.
Since then I have devoted countless hours learning different techniques, researching about different ingredients and what benefits or properties they contribute to daily cleaning rituals, and just generally being slightly obsessed. I am very lucky that my husband and kids are very supportive and are 100% behind me.
It has been an incredible learning curve for me, and as my confidence grew I was able to share what I am making with a wider audience besides friends and family. These customers have been so generous and kind in sharing feedback and I honestly feel so grateful to see my business growing.
I love a good quality bar of soap that lathers and cleans well, is not drying and also smells great - I also strive to make products that are unique and beautiful to look at, so they can be enjoyed visually as well.
