Gone are the days when you need to come up with 30 hashtags for each post…

Hashtag use has declined in recent years. Social media platforms aren’t seeing the same benefit from hashtags in boosting views.

Whilst using hashtags isn’t completely out.. it is super important to use them the best way possible;

1. Only use 3-5 hashtags

2. Make sure they are specific to your post.

3. Don’t use hashtags in your bio or the comments section❌. Put them in the caption of your post.

A few weeks ago I posted about how turning 40 was fabulous and then something went terribly wrong at 41,42,43 😂

I had soooo many women reach out who have been feeling the same way 🥹 Which raises alarm bells 🚨 that there simply isn’t enough information & support when it comes to peri menopause / menopause 😕

I’ve just had my 2nd round of bloods🩸 done and will see my hormone specialist soon to hopefully receive some guidance on what’s next for me..

I’ve gone from 0 to 100 with my fitness >> joining a 6 week challenge with Air Locker and I have registered for a mini triathlon which is this weekend. I have definitely seen a shift within my mindset since exercising again 🏊🏼‍♀️ 🚲 🏃🏼‍♀️

I’m still lacking energy, skin is going through a s**t time 😢 and I’m still feeling like there is some gut health stuff going on.. bloated and feeling heavy.

Buzz • 7 Months Old 🐶

Now that I have your attention‼️
I thought it was time to do a little update, because I haven’t really shared what I’ve been focused on for the last couple of years and I definitely think it’s worth a little celebration 🥹

For 10 years I have been involved in the online space, building my own business in Health and Wellnes🌿which still thrives today with hundreds, if not thousands of people enjoying the products and earning an income from the 💰business opportunity if they choose.

However what has happened organically over time, is that I started to mentor women within my health and wellness business to help them grow their business online - leveraging social media. From there many of these women started recommending me to their friends who were also in the online space, and I began to teach even more power house women the Ins and Outs of Social Media 📲

I found a real passion and purpose in helping women in business - with my qualifications in NLP and Timeline therapy and having built my own successful business, I had the tools and resources to break through any limiting beliefs that were holding them back and show them how to be seen and show up online authentically.

I was hosting weekly Facebook Lives in the my private community, running 5 day challenges and masterclasses, teaching all of my tips and tricks. I also created an online event - Rediscover you in 2022.

After this I had a short break in the mentoring space...

I actually had no idea what was about to unfold next 🚀

Soon after my little break - I created my own Social Media Management business - it started with helping some of my close friends and family with their businesses - So that they could put their time into other things.

I absolutely fell in love with this work. Once again, organically this has grown over time - having worked with some incredible and unique businesses - Food Truck, Day Spa, Beauty, Real Estate, Hospitality, Construction, Psychologist and Coaches - I have certainly had my work cut out for me👇🏼Because its not just about throwing up posts like spaghetti and hoping it sticks 🍝

There is so much that goes on behind the scenes -

🌙 I am over the moon as this helps me level up and expand my own knowledge and experience - however being able to present these opportunities to my clients to help them grow their brand and their businesses to the next level is the ultimate reward for me!!

- Invited to run a workshop for a very well known hairdressing salon - to educate the staff on her own unique method to help nurture relationships and understanding each others personalities for a more harmonious workplace.
- Invited to be a guest speakers on podcasts to share their impact & message to a wider audience.
- Chosen to be a model in a very powerful campaign about violence against women.
- Coaching my client to launch an exciting new offer, off the back of her being recognised as a finalist - The best in her industry 🤩
- Creating the foundations of a retreat with my client, that I will be collaborating with at the end of the year!
- Connected with a very talented woman who has just completed a TED Talk. I am mentoring her in launching her social media platforms and to build her online community.

So things are MOVING and I’m SO READY for more in 2024… !!

No words can describe the feelings I got when watching the Land of Yass!

I’ve known this beautiful family for a long time however, over the last few months I have gotten to know .taetae on a deeper level and was given a closer look into her world as I have had the absolute privilege of mentoring Tae with her branding and social media.

Last night we, Daniel, Willow & I witnessed an incredible stage show written by her sister Nelle and the team at . The show is called Tae Tae, The Land of Yasss! Which is all about Tae’s life, highlighting her accident as a little girl, her challenges, bravery, recapping past experiences and a wonderful fairy god mother who helped Tae and her sister find the song that lights them up and to know that they are resilient and anything is possible !! ✨

We laughed and cried, sang and danced in our chairs. It was inspiring and uplifting. I feel so blessed to have met all those years ago and to re unite with her and her family last night was truly wonderful!

Exciting Progress Update 🤩

While I recently took a break from coaching to focus on my family and build my Social Media Management business, the universe brought a wonderful opportunity my way a few months ago.
