Energex condemned an old rotten property pole for a client in Wongawallen this morning leaving them without power.
We supplied and installed a new pole and had them back up and running for lunch 😀😀

Great result today with an old High Bay to LED conversion for this gymnastics gym. Approximately 30% more light output for 50% reduction on the lighting electricity bill!
All lights installed from an extension ladder for minimal interruption to the padded flooring.

Saturday morning builders supply switchboard and connection point all set up ready to kick-start the complete renovation of this Beautiful old queenslander in Redland Bay.

The ideal candidate would have a reasonable level of fitness, manual driver's licence and completed year 12. Prior experience looked upon favourably.

We cater for a diverse range of clientele where no 2 days are the same. Experience will be gained in commercial and residential renovations/ fit outs, new builds, maintenance and air-conditioning works across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Another great project we completed in 2023.
This was a one of kind fit out, setting everything up in an old farmhouse style!

We completed the fitout with multiple cold rooms, chilled storage shed, commercial kitchen, cafe, marketplace and commercial fridges.

We had an extremely busy year last year and havn't had a chance to update the socials!

Here's one of the bigger jobs we completed at the end of last year. We did a complete replacement of an old 250 meter overhead service including supply and installation of replacement power poles, removal of the old poles and wiring including replacement industrial switchboards.

Everything was completed with temporary generators connected to ensure the business could continue to operate while works where undertaken.

Switchboard upgrades have been the flavour of the month! With all the recent wet weather we have been inundated with electrical faults in homes with outdated and unsafe switchboards.

A recent job at Redland Bay required 3 phase power for a new work shed. We organised a replacement property pole, new meter box and upgraded the dated switchboard in the house while we where there.
The whole installation is now completely up to current standards and now has safety switches on all outgoing circuits.

A great result for a customer in Tarragindi this week.
A complete replacement of an outdated switchboard to a brand new meter box and sub-board under the house. All circuits have safety switches installed and everything is up to current standards ready for a 6.6kw Solar Panel System.

We also installed 4 Air conditioners with all outdoor units installed neatly out of sight behind the house!

We came across this today. The ceramic fuse was so red hot we couldn't touch it!

The scary part is the homeowner had no electrical faults or any idea this ticking timebomb was under the house! We only picked this up whilst wiring a bathroom renovation - A fire in the making!

One of our customers called explaining that their power was dimming and lights where flickering. These are extremely dangerous symptoms. In the right conditions could result in electric shock!
We promptly organised Energex to test and replace the faulty overline service on the street while we hung new private overhead mains cables from the property pole to the house.
All in a days work!
