Sarah Latif Exercise Physiology
Mobile & clinic services for Exercise Physiology, Massage and Dry Needling; Sunshine Coast 🌴
Did you know exercise physiologists are specifically trained in assessing client’s physical health? We conduct assessments for; muscular strength, function, joint range of motion, pain levels, lung capacity, cardiovascular function, neurological function, metabolic health, levels of depression and anxiety and many more!
We are trained to write reports and can help you gain access to equipment and exercise physiology funding through the NDIS to support healthier living and chronic disease management!
For my female clients who are currently transitioning through menopause, ensure you are in check with your cardiovascular health. 🫀🩺
I’ve started running again!!
What’s the fastest way to get those kms under your belt and work out your pace?
Tempo runs / Builds!!
First, find your most comfortable running pace (let’s say it’s 10km/hr, run for 2 mins, then increase the pace to 11.5km/hr, run for 2 mins, then 13.0km/hr run for 2 minutes).
* if 2 mins is too long reduce the time!!
Repeat 5-10 rounds, 3 days per week!
We are fully booked for the month of April!
Please contact us if you’d like to be placed on a waiting list.
Thank you for the tremendous support of my business and services.

I have now received my last examination feedback from two professors within my area of research at different universities in Europe. (Third form is my presentation exam). Research requires 3 examination stages over many months to ensure the work is novel, clinically useful, clearly communicated and with no errors.
I am so proud of my feedback and the useful data I am about to publish to help reduce the burden of cardiovascular disease risk for women! 👩🏽⚕️💜🫀
You will find my work published in a cardiology journal soon! (Hopefully the very prestigious JACC - Journal of American College of Cardiology).
We are almost at FULL capacity 😱😱😱.
Contact me if you require an appointment in the coming weeks as we will soon be starting a waitlist!

Accepting NDIS managed participants now!
Today, a representative for the NDIS commission called me today and said “on behalf of the NDIS community, we’d like to thank you for your service to our participants and we recognise your passion and tremendous skill you offer our participants.” He then went on to say “keep up the good work!”.
I’m so proud of myself and my core passion is to serve others and this is exactly what they recognised.
Over the past 12 years in my business, I have always put 300% into the health and well-being of ALL my clients….my clients have ALWAYS thanked me but it is so unusual and so welcoming that the NDIS would call my mobile today and recognise my work!!!
🎊🥰🤸🏽♂️👩🏽⚕️👩🏽🎓
