CHAMELEONS 🦎🌈

We have a new little critter coming for your lobes very soon! These little friends are made from a transparent acrylic to help them blend in to any background...but have a neon rainbow paintfill to still help them POP!

I know I normally go with more of an Aussie native theme but I adore chameleons, and when I sketched this cute little fella I knew I had to bring him (or her) to life!

I kinda want to name them...any ideas? 🤩

It has been a crazy month for us here at Makodo HQ, with lots of sickness courtesy of childcare 🤒🤧🤕 We have therefore been a bit MIA here on socials...but have still been working steadily BTS on lots of new goodies 🤩

This was my outfit for date night last week (the first in quite a while! 👶) I knew I wanted to wear our Sunsets and I paired them with this dress 😘 No photos of the night in question...we were too busy eating good food 🤤

MERMAID COINS 🧜‍♀️🧜‍♂️💰🐚

I had actually never heard sand dollars referred to as mermaid coins until a friend called them this when she saw our Sand Dollar studs! I love it! 💙💚

Our Sand Dollars haven't been receiving as much love as our other designs recently, but we can't understand why! They add such a gorgeous pop of minty green and are light as a feather, you barely notice them on!

The grain of the timber veneer is running diagonally instead of horizontally and the two echidnas are identical instead of being a mirror image of each other...personally we feel they still make a bangin' pair of earrings but it wouldn't feel right to sell them when they aren't perfect. Did you know that male echidnas have a rather unusual *ahem*...appendage? Google it if you dare 😂 I've been lucky enough to work with these guys in my job as a vet and they truly are very special creatures!
These will also be available as a stud for all the stud-lovers out there 😘

SUNSETS 🌅

Our new release goes live on FRIDAY! These were inspired by the spectacular sunsets at up here in . Nothing better than sitting on the beach eating a laksa with some mates and watching the sun set over the water 👌

The materials I have chosen for one of the designs match so perfectly with my fave .nt top, I cannot WAIT to be able to wear them together! 🤩 Also the fabulous print by artist Bridget (Pengkinengki) Bunduck gives a pretty massive clue as to what it might be... 😘

While I do have the prototypes in my hot little hands they aren't in my chosen materials and colours so I don't want to share them with you just yet. HOWEVER I have been busy doing up some digital mock-ups as a bit of a sneak peek and will be sharing them this week!
