π What an amazing morning it was at theDarrandirra Child and Family Centree for Close the Gap Day! π
It was incredible to partner witDanila Dilba Health Servicece to bring our community together to reaffirm our commitment to Closing the Gap in health and life expectancy between Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people.
At CAAPS, we're proud to stand by this dedication, ensuring every individual has equitable access to health and well-being. Through our various programs and initiatives, we're tirelessly working to empower Aboriginal people and communities and address social determinants of health.
Today served as a powerful reminder that this effort requires a collective approach. Let's keep the conversation going, share insights, and advocate together for policies prioritising Aboriginal health.
Together, we can pave the way for a more equitable future for all.

Bring your own data to contribute! Whether it's statistics, service facts, or insights, we want to hear from you. Let's paint a picture of what's working and where the gaps are in our community.
