Founded by a group of local business people who all suffered when COVID 19 broke out and they had to let many of their staff go and the impact it has had on the territory as a whole.
Hey....we are coming back with an exciting new venture.
Boxes but not as you know it. We are launching in a few week with Australia Loves Baking, our brother runs the UK and Irish versions and has done an amazing job. We gave Darwin Pantry Boxes, he gave the UK Baking Boxes. So it only fitting an idea started here, exported there should come back here 😅😍

We just want to say thank you so much to everyone who supported our little business over the last 6 weeks. It’s been a wild, fast and inspirational journey and we are grateful that you let us bring local food into your homes during this crazy time. As the restrictions change and our lives (as Territorians) start to get more normal we are taking a PAUSE to consider how we can keep delivering local to locals.

Acknowledging that there are really serious things happening across the world and like many of you our Local Food and More family is distanced by borders and countries and oceans from loved ones.
But tell us, what do you miss? Is it a coffee shop, the markets, family BBQ’s or a massage?
And also tell us something you are grateful for. Is it gardening, family time or a new hobby?
We (well not the chefs obviously, just me) miss pedicures and we are grateful for our new baby passion fruit trees growing on the fence!
Edit: also really grateful for the kid. We love the kid. He’s super and we will miss him terribly if the schools reopen soon...

Delivery to the City and Northern Suburbs remain Saturday delivery (next delivery 18th April) with cut off for orders at 10am on Thursday.

WHAT’S IN THE BOX
The boxes have been created by Chefs to make sure they are nutritious, delicious and simple. Each box offers quality locally sourced produce and products. We have a wonderful nutritionist on the team and she will be available to answer any of your questions via Facebook in the coming days. At this stage we have two boxes available
