INGREDIENTS
vegetable oil, for the tin
65g plain flour
160g caster sugar
190g (about 6) egg whites
1 tsp cream of tartar
2 tbsp lemon juice

LEMON CURD
3 lemons, zested and juiced
140g caster sugar
6 egg yolks
180g unsalted butter, cut into cubes

TO SERVE
2 ripe mangoes (preferably Alphonso), peeled and stoned
1 lime, juiced
200ml double cream, softly whipped
12 strawberries, hulled and halved
2 passion fruits, halved and seeds scooped out

Tropiculture Australia is back again during Territory BITE 2022 with their popular Farm Tours.

This year will be held in the afternoon of Saturday 1st October and include the popular guided tour through the production nursery and orchid. Additionally, it will host a soil planting talk, food cooking demonstration and tasting. The perfect tour to understand growing produce in the Territory.
