Key Responsibilities: • Liaise with prospective tenants, industry and purchasers of LDC’s Facilities and assets. • Facilitate and coordinate the commercial negotiation of sale, leasing and licencing agreements for land and property owned by LDC. • Provide support and coordination activities for LDC’s tenancy and facility management services and sale transactions, including the provision of practical advice and information to tenants and LDC management on property matters. • Develop and maintain effective relationships with relevant agencies, real estate agents, developers and other key stakeholders. • Prepare high level briefings, reports, and general correspondence in a timely matter. • Provide leadership, direction and mentoring to LDC’s Business team. • Under the direction of the Executive Director Operations, execute other reasonable duties as required.
