Meeting Welcome to the Dayboro branch of the QCWA.
QCWA provides support and friendship for women of all ages in all areas of the state, rural and city. Handcraft, cookery, photography, international study are a few of the many activities. We lobby to improve conditions for women and their families.

Lots of chatter at Knit in Public, yesterday.
Thank you to the members of the public who stopped to say hello.
Craft will be on again this Wednesday, come along and meet new friends.
We are happy to help you learn a new craft.

We will be on the bench out side The Dayboro Drop from 9am. Drop buy to say hello or bring your knitting (or crocheting) and join us. All Welcome.
Yesterday the QCWA Dayboro thanked community members who helped with our Yarn Art display. We started the day by exploring the displays followed by Morning Tea.
Thank you to everyone who helped in any way.
Hope you were able to visit our stall today at Dayboro Day, lots of information about QCWA, or maybe you saw us in the Waterless Raft Race.
What a fantastic Yarn Art Installation our ladies created this year. Our town is now ablaze with colour. Putting smiles on people’s faces. 😄😄😄

Greater Brisbane Division offer the Daphne Dowdle midwifery Bursery of $1000 to QLD students ( male & female) enrolled in a full time midwifery course at universities.
