A sparkle clean for a new tenant moving in Friday after the owners did some renovations on their North Ipswich house.

Bond clean day in Raceview. It was a big clean but so satisfying at the same time.

We have hit a milestone today, 4 years ago I started Number One Home Cleaning. I can honestly say it has been the best decision I've made, with 200 something likes and followers we are definitely moving in the right direction.To all the original clients that assisted me to get started and I'm not going to mention names but you all know who are you, thankyou so much for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to bedazzle you with a clean home. Oh I can't forget my husband who also works for me from time to time thanks for the support and all the advice can't forget the rants when I need to blow some steam. And the assistants I've have on the books Lisa, Tony and Linda thankyou for your support, hard work and loyalty to me and the business. I'm so excited to see where we can go from here only onwards and upwards

After my surgeon appointment today he has given me the ✅️ to return full time. I have an appointment in 6 months to check my left hand and possibly looking at doing that surgery

First of 2 appointments today with the hand specialist and she is happy with how my scar looks and how the function in my hand has just about returned to full with no pain, she's ticked off for me to return full time next week, she just said if I start getting regular pillar pain to slow up and come back to see her.
So hopefully surgeon says the same on Friday

Heeling very well, the covers are off and I just need the final appointment by the surgeon which is in 2 weeks to get the all clear to return to work full time. At this stage I will be back Monday 22nd of April and I'll be in contact if your Sue for a clean that week. I want to thank all my clients that have been patient with my recovery. I can't wait to see you all soon

First appointment today with the hand specialist and wound care. Op site looks good and clean. She has taken the big bulky padding away and its now got a simple cover and dressing on. She has given me basic small exercises that I do daily just to keep the tendons moving. Pain still there but comes and goes.

Sorry i didn't post yesterday, went in at 11am, surgery was done at 1:30. Got home around 4 and straight to bed I was sent. The swelling has gone down, my fingers have returned to the normal colour and the numbness is gone. Just the pain remains which I'm on pain killers for. I have a follow up with a hand specialist on Monday who will hopefully give me abit of a timeline for recovery.

I have been given a surgery date, next week so this means that I'm going to be out of action for a bit. No there will be no cleans next week and depending on how I'm feeling and my hand is healing ill be resuming with my assistant the following week for a couple of days for anyone who is in desperate need of a clean.
I'm sorry in advance if this will inconvenience anyone.
I will hopefully be up and running at full capacity within 5 weeks
I will do my best to keep everyone updated with my recovery

Out today working a further vacate/ pre sale clean for a neighbour at North Ipswich.

Something different today I used our spot cleaning to clean a chair for a clients mum. The before and after pics really show the difference. One extremely happy client, I'm glad I was able to help

Unfortunately we need to review our payment policy after a recent amount of non paying and very late paying clients. Please understand that we are a small business and the money we earn cleaning is to support our families and support the business, we understand everyone is struggling due to increasing costs of living.
Payments for our service must be paid within 5 days of your clean and if payment isn't received we will send 1 reminder asking for prompt payment if it isn't received we will be cancelling all future cleans.

After much consideration we as a team have decided that we are taking an extra week holidays so that I can get my kids ready for school. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, we will be back on board at full capacity Monday 22nd of January. I will contact all my cleans in this coming week that will fall that week.

Holiday notice has been given out we are closing from Wednesday 20th December through to January 15th for much needed rest time with our family and friends. Thanks to all our wonderful clients for the support in 2023 we definitely appreciate it.
We can't wait to see where 2024 will take us so many more adventures to come
