Belly Dancing is a great way to stay active whilst acquiring a new skill in a friendly environment.
We are a not-for-profit organization that provides exercise, support, and entertainment to its members. Belly dance is a low...-impact, weight-bearing exercise and is thus suitable for all ages. We are all about Fun, Fitness, Friendship, Movement, Creativity and Expression! This troupe was formed out of love for dance and a genuine desire to share this special love and experiences with others.

Thank you to the lovely ladies who came to see us at Bunnings Northshore last night and to everyone who supported us.
We had so much fun because dancing is our happy place.
Looking forward to giggling and wiggling with you again soon.

Belly dancing is a beautiful way to connect with our feminine, creative, sensual energy. The dancing feels liberating and joyful. Belly dancing is also a fun way to strengthen the core muscles and helps you to relax and unwind after a busy day at work. Even if you think you can’t dance, I will break down each move so that they are easy to follow and anyone can do them.
Join us for our next 6 week course where we will learn to dance with the beautiful silk fan veils.
