I couldn’t buy chilies individually this week, and then ended up accidentally buying two packets! So the leftovers went into the thermomix with a splash of olive oil for preservation, speed 8, ten seconds to make a paste.

Note to self, don’t accidentally drop any of this on the floor, Milo is always under my feet when cooking, and he may not have appreciated this dropped morsel 🥵😂

When you only have a large six muffin pan in the house, why not divide the Basic Muffin recipe into what you have 😂 so easy to whip up in minutes, and easily my best attempt. Swapped the flours for gluten free, came out perfectly. (Cooking time was extended by approx 20 mins)

Creamy Zucchini Soup from Recipe Community (I saved it in my created recipes). I have garlic and herb butter in the freezer (the Cookidoo recipe makes a big batch). Handy for leftover bread rolls 👌 I now remember why this soup is so popular in the winter. Tastes amazing and so easy to make 💚 So

This meal wasn’t cooked in the thermomix, but the mayonnaise on the side was! You NEED all the condiments that the thermomix can offer 💚 So

Vege mash - I have added extra veges (including the zucchini) to my cauliflower mash recipe. Handy for when you have leftover veges in the fridge

I’ve also frozen fresh zucchini (cut) into 300g batches so I can cook my favourite Creamy Zucchini Soup during winter 🥣

If you’re looking for an easy way to add vegetables (and fibre) to your meal, broccoli and/or cauliflower rice is the perfect way to do it. Place in bowl, in 350g batches for best results, 5 seconds, speed 5 on reverse. Then steam in Varoma dish for 15 minutes on Varoma temperature 👌 Serve with your favourite curry. So

Finally, I have been wanting to try this recipe for a while (had it in my Recipes to Try Collection) It did not disappoint, the curry flavours married with the lamb cutlets was amazing! 💚 So

Restaurant quality food that is created in your kitchen any night of the week! I replaced a few ingredients (brandy with red wine, beef stock with vegetable stock paste and water) This sauce was the bomb!! So

What do you use your mat for? With a house full of perfectionists, it is very satisfying to get the perfectly sized pizza base every time! 😂 So
