Why having a structured workout is important for growth.
A structured workout is necessary to track progress as it can provide you with a base line to follow each training session. That base line can and should be elevated over time through increased load.
Without that structure though it is almost impossible to make measurable progress. You might feel like you are making progress, but there will come a point where you will be doing the same weight/volume without realising it and your body will adjust accordingly.
In short, structure is key to progress. Without it you will eventually stagnate.
Investing in yourself is the greatest thing you can do 🫶🏼
