What a massive year we've had. Thank you to our amazing guys, who we are grateful for all their hard work throughout our super busy year.

We would also like to say a massive thank you to our builders, subcontractors, and our amazing suppliers.

DMB will close from the 22nd of December and reopen on the 9th of January. Looking forward to a well-deserved break.

DMB Heating Cooling and Mechanical Services have recently been awarded a new project. DMB have been busy working in beautiful Red Hill completing the rough in on this property which consists of Daikin ducted vrf units for this 120 square house. Looking forward to sharing the finished result👌

💥 Warde Street update 💥

DMB are well into fitting off at Liberty One apartments with our guys installing Fujitsu indoor units and outdoor units. DMB Heating Cooling and Mechanical Services have also made a start on commissioning. Nice work boys👌👌

DMB caught up with our amazing team from DMB Heating & Cooling, DMB Mechanical Services and Torque Electrical. Thank you all for all your hard work throughout the year and dedication to DMB. Extremely grateful. Sadly we were missing a few of our amazing people from our team. Look forward to our next catchup!!

New Project- ✨️Meriton Hotel Suite✨️

Our boys from DMB Mechanical Services have been hard at work since March working at Meriton Hotel Suite installing copper pipework, welding branch boxes and running riser pipes to the 3 plant rooms that the building will have.

Job consists of three townhouses with multi head Daikin wall splits and four shops out front with Daikin cassette
Units.

Deakin Uni project building BA

DMB Heating Cooling and Mechanical Services supplied and installed Daikin wall splits and air change ERV units. Completing finishing touches before students return to site.

DMB Heating Cooling and Mechanical Services have completed rough in works of a office factory fit out in Kyenton.

DMB supplied and installed Daikin multi systems for ground floor and 1st floor, ducted units and a cassette and wall split. Job has come up a treat.

💥 Hamilton Job Completion 💥

DMB started back last week and are looking forward to the year ahead👊!

DMB Heating Cooling and Mechanical Services have just completed works for builders Gard Construction at OTR Hamilton and Hungry Jacks store. We supplied and installed Daikin package units throughout with the OTR store having duct sox. DMB supply and install kitchen hoods for hungry jacks and a small toilet exhaust system.

DMB Heating Cooling and Mechanical Services hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas with their family and a relaxing New Year.

We thank everyone for there support throughout what has been a challenging year.

⚡New Project in Truganina⚡

DMB have just started works for a new client Astris PME in Truganina for there new warehouse and showrooms.

DMB Heating Cooling and Mechanical Services have supplied and installed new Daikin ducted unit, cassettes and a wall split for the medical supplies company. Smooth crane lift supplied by Melbourne Cranes as usual 👌

💥 New Project at Hamilton 💥

DMB have recently started a new project for our wonderful client Gard Construction. New build for OTR and Hungry Jacks in Hamilton Vic.

DMB Heating Cooling and Mechanical Services started work last week with the crane lift of Daikin package units and roof mounted ductwork Wednesday last week.

Grateful to of started another great project with Gard Constructions.

⚡New Project at Deakin Uni⚡

DMB have been awarded the refurbishment works under way at Deakin uni building BA for Izza Group.

DMB Heating Cooling and Mechanical Services are removing and replacing Daikin hi wall split systems and supply and install of air change erv units.

DMB crew just finished off fit off townhouses for our fantastic new clients Accentu8 Building Group Pty Ltd in Reservoir.

DMB Heating Cooling and Mechanical Services supplied and installed all three townhouses with multi head Panasonic wall splits. Quality build by these great guys.

DMB have had the privilege of recently working alongside Chroma Group for the La Mama project.
DMB Heating Cooling and Mechanical Services supplied and installed Mitsubishi Electric Australia cassette unit and multi head wall splits in this renovation of this funky theatre spot in Carlton.

Recently DMB Heating Cooling and Mechanical Services completed works at Pascoe Vale for new client. DMB supplied and installed Mitsubishi Electric Australia multi vrf bulkhead units throughout the newly renovated house with WiFi control. Check out the Matt black bar grilles that finish the house off nicely.

⚡ Project update for Victoria & Vine ⚡

The DMB Heating Cooling and Mechanical Services guys are powering through pipework and drains at V&V with level 7 in zone 3 and zone 2 close to completion, with works starting on zone 1 ground floor early next week. Great jobs boys!!

DMB Heating & Cooling have recently been awarded the refurbishment works at RACV Healsville pro shop and main restaurant working alongside Chroma Group.
Works included new kitchen hood and ductwork, make up air system and new grilles throughout. Progress coming along nicely. Out with the old and in with the new.
