This 17yr old BMW came in for a detail including some paint correction to remove a lot of swirls and other defects. By removing these defects it seriously increases the gloss level of the cars paint, thus making it more attractive to the eye.
Here at Patriot Detailing, when we correct paint, the finish is true. What this means is we don’t use polishes or glazes full of filling agents that hide defects until the next wash.
After the polishing process the BMW was given a coat of wax and then topped with Swissvax Lotus sealer to lock in the good work.

A substantial amount of work was carried out to remove a lot of swirls and marring and also fix the previous attempted correction. The car is looking a lot more respectable and ready for some summer cruises. Patriot Detailing for the win.

After some very intense and lengthy correction stages, we have achieved a reasonable outcome, avoiding a costly respray. Some scratches were to deep to remove completely, but we have achieved a 90-95% defect removal, and in doing so have brought a high gloss finish back to the Outlander. Overall a great result. Patriot Detailing for the win🤙

These are before shots of a Mitsubishi Outlander that came in for a paint correction after being washed with a Scotchbrite pad. We highly discourage this practice, and suggest you follow safe wash practices using the two bucket method and a soft Microfibre wash mitt, and also use a plush Microfibre drying towel to dry the surfaces. (No chamois) This will help greatly to prevent the onset of swirls and marring to the paint surface!

Today we did a bit of correction for this DMax, that managed to find the narrowest bush track in WA. We have turned this bush basher back into a city slicker, and given it a bit of extra gloss to boot. Good to see 4x4s getting out amongst it though. Great result considering there was almost more scratches than paint🤣

We recently gave this campervan a presale detail to get it looking it’s absolute best. The camper exterior was in a pretty bad way, and had succumbed to UV and weather attack. The inside was fearing better, but it just needed a little professional touch to bring it back up to standard. This took us two days to complete, with a lot of restoration work completed on the outside. But it was worth it, as the camper really sprung to life, looking super glossy, and well protected. It looked so good, it did not take long to sell, which is why presentation is so important when selling a vehicle. Patriot Detailing for the win!
