1. Objects You No Longer Use.
2. Clothes You Don't Like Or Haven't Used In A While. Damaged underwear.

9. Shoes Broke.
7. Stuff of all kinds calling the past.

g) Sell.
As you CLEANSE, watch what changes in YOU.

Practice detachment with material things that just fill your space and you'll see how you'll slowly be able to do the same with situations that don't serve you.

This is something I've definitely started to try & change within my family structure. Especially working on moving from Punitive to Positive measures. It's especially difficult when others argue that the archaic Punitive consequences is what works best with children. I say we have evolved & it's time to stand up & revolt towards violence as that just creates more violence & more negative mental health issues. So be BRAVE and break the cycle. It's up to U!
