AbsOn was created back in May 2009. Prior to operation as an independent trainer; I worked as a personal trainer for between July 2005 & April 2009. During this time I averaged 60 half hour PT sessions per week with outstanding results, plus filling boxing and Bootcamp classes to their capacity. Due to my demand of service and experience I received fernwoods national award for Personal Trainer of the Year Finalist.

* Swam to Rottnest - done ✅- Over 10 years ago in a Team of 4 🏊🏻♀️ I plan to swim next year (2025) in another team!
* Half Marathon - done ✅ - My time was just under 2 hours. Never again and never a full marathon unless I’m ready to die!
* Yoga Competition - done ✅ - yes there is such a thing! I’ve been practicing yoga for almost 27 years. Yes - I can do the splits!!! 🧘♀️
* Aussie Rules Football - done ✅ - 2x ACL full knee recons later! I loved every minute of it! Friends forever! ❤️
* City to Surf - done ✅ - At least 9 times maybe 10! It’s one of the hardest 12km runs you will ever do!!! I’m glad I’m done with that one! 😅
* One on One Personal Trainer / Yoga Coach - Forever!!!! ✅ - 20+ years experience. Results driven. Mind. Body. Soul.
