Hi 👋 I’m Kristel & this is my 10th year working in fitness. I have always specialised in pregnancy & postnatal training, I love working with Mums!!!
I started with a company called Preggi Bellies & then launched my own business in 2014 (Fit Women Bayside). I have also worked as a Les Mills group trainer & for KX Pilates.
My experience, clients & classes have changed & developed over the years but my passion for health, fitness, wellbeing & community have always been priority 🤍

Our Story
Established in 2014, Fit Women Bayside offers postnatal group fitness classes for Mums & babies. The focus is to provide an opportunity for Mums to get out of the house, do something for themselves, meet other new Mums, build confidence and strength and feel a sense of community & support. We encourage you to come along and try your first class for FREE!
