Its been little while since i introduced myself and shared my story of how MTM came to be, the evolution of our human lives is always working for us.

About me.....

From the shadows of childhood trauma emerged a journey of resilience and transformation. Battling PTSD, anxiety and panic disorders, I discovered an unlikely ally - movement. Exercise became my solace, a path to Newfound freedom from debilitating mental health struggles.

In the early 2000s, immersed in the fitness world as a Les mills aerobics, yoga, and pilates teacher, I lived in leggings and crop tops. But in those moments, I found myself daydreaming about the perfect fit - the leggings that could empower and embrace every move.
What began as daydreams evolved into a passion project. I envisioned leggings that transcended the ordinary - not just in appearance, but in the way they made you feel.
My designs were born from a personal quest for strength, confidence, and capability.

Through exercise my life transformed, and what I wore played a crucial role in my metamorphosis. Now, I invite you to experience that metamorphosis too. My Tribe Move isn't just activewear it's a journey toward self discovery, confidence, and a life unburdened by fear.
