RIGGING WA has moved.... NEXT DOOR!!
You can now find the team at 1/3 Milson Pl, O’Connor. The new 22mtr long building is perfectly set up for manufacturing of rigging and splicing rope, while remaining in close proximity to Fremantle, River clubs and other key marine trades.
With the start of the sailing season around the corner, contact the Rigging WA team now for any rope, rigging, and decksytem repairs or upgrades.
And just like that, the year is done!
We finished off the week with a quick trip down to Mandurah for a rig tune on a Catalina.
The client was extremely grateful we made it down and very keen to thank us before we even started! 😆🐕
This week Rigging WA had the honour of presenting the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race place getters with awards for the Ocean Sprint of Race 4: Marlow Roaring Forties, on behalf of Marlow Ropes. Paddy from the yacht 'Ha Long Bay, Viet Nam' also took home the award for the Marlow ropework creation competition.
It was a fantastic evening with exuberant celebrations from the teams having sailed the gruelling 4,750nm from Cape Town to Fremantle.

Rigging WA is now stocking Tylaska Marine !
Widely known for producing the best grandprix clips on the market, Tylaska also produces strong, reliable main halyard shackles and a huge range of dog bones.
Beautiful winter days like this, make up for the horrible, windy, rainy days.
The team has been busy with rerigs, quotes, and inspections in Rockingham and Mandurah this week, making the most of the sunshine. ☀️
Today was a GP42 kind of day...
First up, installing a new 2:1 main halyard on Black Betty at Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club
Then down to Fremantle Sailing Club to continue the assembly of Enterprise Sailing Team following their impressive division win in the Rolex Sydney Hobart
The regional trips continued this week, with the first stop in Geraldton to step a 43ft Catamaran mast. The 160 tonne crane was a bit overkill!
Next up was a very windy and dusty rig inspection in Coral Bay for a local tour company.
Rigging WA does regional WA, last week the team was down in working on a variety of yachts. Jobs vary from rig checks, to re rigs, and installing systems in preparation for the Fremantle to Exmouth Race. This week the team heads North!
Christmas is upon us which also brings an end to the first 6 months of trading for Rigging WA Pty Ltd.

Harken Australia Pty Ltd
Here at Rigging WA we value spending time with our customers to guarantee we choose the right product for the job.
Requires specialist work removing this, rushing around on last minute Halloween business. This witch came to a messy end impaled on Wickeds spreader. The witch is easily removed, but were there any spells muttered in her last words?
