Our patisserie team has launched a special dessert for this occasion: a LAMINGTON ECLAIR, bringing a French twist to the classic Aussie sweet!

The eclair has a vanilla Chantilly, a raspberry jam. It is covered with milk chocolate and coconut. Yum 😋!

I have the pleasure to announce that the answer is YES it is true....!

We have worked very hard with all my staff over the last 18months to make this dream become real.
I am so proud of my team.. I wouldn't have been able to make it without them...

Playground set up to have fun, liquor licensed with good French wines to make it even more authentic, more sweet and savoury options because we love too much our foods...

We are finally getting there... And our opening is in the corner....
