🧤 UDINESE GK CAMP 🧤

We are delighted to announce that in collaboration with Eleven FC we have received the go ahead to have GK's training at Udinese Calcio for 10 days in the next school holiday break.

The GK's will train daily with Udinese GK Coaches (not Academy Coaches) and will train at the Udinese Facility in Italy.

At 1951 we take the development of gks to heart and we achieve that with highly qualified and extremely passionate GK coaches.

Therefore it is certainly hard to see that after 1 and half years, yesterday was coach Gianluca’s last session with us before moving to his next coaching role. Under his guidance we have seen GK’s developing technically and physically (as well as learning a bit of Italian 🇮🇹 ) and the level of sessions continuously rising.

His passion for GKing is second to none and the technical knowledge he has shared with us (having the highest gk qualification in Italy) will be passed to the coaches and Gk’s that will continue training with us 🧤

All of 1951 wishes Gian and his future club all the best and cannot wait to see you again in WA sooner or later 😃

This Saturday we have a Foundation of Goalkeeping coaching course at Timberlane Park, Woodvale. It will be presented by top goalkeeper coach Michele Mestieri and run from 8.30am-4.30pm.

Next month there is a Foundation of Football coaching course at the Sam Kerr Football Centre, presented by Football West Coach Development Officer Cris Ola.
