Welcome to the family… THE VIKING!!

This is the Run Amuk version of a traditional Danish 🇩🇰 hotdog. Simple in its design but man oh man… super delicious!!

So what’s going on here? Well, we’ve got a creamy remoulade sauce as the key killer ingredient!! A sweet, sour and tangy creamy sauce that sets off the pickles, onions and dill so well. Add some crispy fried shallots and some Dijon mustard and BOOM… another classic well balanced and moorish dawg!! You’re gonna love it!! Oh yeah… there’s also a cheese kranski in there too!!

Man, so much has happened in those 12 years. It’s crazy. These days the shop is looking bloody beautiful after our recent re brand. The new menu is outta control and we couldn’t be prouder of our little store and everything it brings our way.

It’s our take on that classic German/American sandwich filled with pastrami, sauerkraut, pickles and cheese. This one also has the added bonus of a Bratwurst!! It’s so good. Or tangy Russian dressing really sets it off and will blow you away!!

Hey sausage lovers!!

Over the last 12 years we’ve seen so many of you fall in love with run amuk. However, I reckon we’ve seen more of you fall in love with each other!!

Run amuk holds a special place in many of your hearts as it’s a place where many of you would come in the early days of dating. It’s a fun, casual place to meet up and actually you learn a lot about one another as you really get to see how one might eat!! There’s no hiding that mustard all over your face!!

Seriously though, we hear the stories every day of how you would come here when you first met. The car wall was a lot smaller and Isi still works here!! Some of you are now married. Some of you bring your babies. Some of your kids are now old enough that they work here!! We’ve had two bloody engagements at the store! Wedding photos. Wedding parties. Birthdays. The LOT!! It’s amazing and super humbling that what we have created has meant so much to so many. Anyway, blah blah waffling now.

Valentines Day. It’s an important day. I mean every day is Valentine’s Day of course but it’s the one day to spread the love a little further perhaps. A good reminder that love is easy to share and can go so far.

We’ll be here slinging dawgs, pouring Prosecco, shaking Rolos and playing all the cheesiest of love songs all day long!!

We all love sausage and what better way is there to show someone you love them than a little sausage!?
