🌿 Embracing a little Sunday Sacred Self Care today! Started my morning at 6:30am feeling a bit inflamed, so I dove straight into a refreshing cold shower, channeling my inner Wim Hof. 🚿 Followed it up with some online yoga with @colechanceyoga to center my mind and body. I take a moment to inhale the most fresh country air. The wind picks up and the rain starts to hit again! I take off my blundstone boots at the front porch and step inside our cosy little mud brick Cottage which has been my healing Haven for the past week as my body recovers from feeling unwell. I have take mini moments this week to slow down and allow my body to go through a somatic healing journey. I carry the weight of the world on my shoulders personally & so of course this comes with picking up on everyone else's pain bodies. Every now and then my body becomes depleted inflamed in pain and extremely sensitive to the external world. It was time to go within and allow my body some time to heal. Creating self-care journeys for others has been my life purpose for a long time now and incorporating everything from aromatherapy, nourishing foods, art, spirituality, breath work and movement in my day-to-day life is my hobby and passion. The beautiful healing powers of crystal Stones bring me peace and tranquillity. I Sit for a moment of meditation with my freshly made cup of ceremonial cacao.
