Flick came to us with a mailing list as long as her arm and a thriving personal training business. But with two kids to wrangle and a thing called Life™️ she simply didn’t have the time or the drive to turn her mailing list into an engaged and active audience using email marketing.

So Cat - designer extraordinaire - whipped her up a set of gorgeous on-brand email templates. We set her up with an email platform, segmented mailing lists, and the rest is beautiful history.

As mums ourselves, we know how hard the juggle is. You want to tick ALL the boxes but not be completely exhausted and close to a menty B every other day (it’s a fine line some days 😅).

As they say; the struggle is real.

And this, in part, is why we started OkayVA. We wanted to do something that ticked boxes for us, that helped other women and small business owners tick boxes.

We know how big the boom is in VA services right now, and we know that there is someone for everyone (okay, are we a dating service or VAs?) so if you need something we can’t offer we’ll tell you - because we value honesty and communication, and because life is too short to be f*cked around by someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing. ⁠(Note to self: start a dating service).
